We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1999. Orders below ₹1999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your package in real time.
All GetSetBuyy orders are shipped with insurance. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
We ship through trusted courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
We ship to all pin codes across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. International shipping is currently not available.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at our customer care number or email hello@getsetbuyy.com.
Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
