Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Delivery Timeline

• Processing time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (metros), 5–10 business days (remote areas)
• Express delivery: Available on select pin codes — contact us on WhatsApp to check availability

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your package in real time.

Insured Shipping

All GetSetBuyy orders are shipped with insurance. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Pan-India Delivery

We ship to all pin codes across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. International shipping is currently not available.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. All GetSetBuyy orders are shipped with insurance covering transit damage.
