Our Return Promise
We want you to love every piece you receive from GetSetBuyy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- In its original, unworn condition — not used, washed, or altered
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by your order ID or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items: Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for returns unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your order:
- Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at contact@getsetbuyy.com or WhatsApp us at +91 77374 78865 with your order ID and reason for return.
- Step 2 — Get your return authorisation. Our team will confirm your return request within 24 hours and provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Step 3 — Ship the item back. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address:

Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302019, India - Step 4 — Share your tracking details. Once shipped, send us the courier tracking number via WhatsApp or email so we can monitor your return.
- Step 5 — Refund processed. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 1–2 business days of receipt), we will initiate your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item received: We will bear the full cost of return shipping. We will send you a prepaid return label or reimburse the courier charge.
- Change of mind / size issue: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
There are no restocking fees on any returns.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and complete our quality check:
- Refund is initiated within 1–2 business days of receiving the item
- Amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation (depending on your bank or payment provider)
- For UPI and net banking payments, refunds typically arrive faster (2–3 business days)
You will receive a refund confirmation via email and WhatsApp as soon as it is processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photographs of the item and the packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. We take full responsibility for items damaged in transit, as all GetSetBuyy orders are shipped with insurance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@getsetbuyy.com or WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please use the return process instead.
Cancelled orders are refunded in full within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
